Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Project Manager within its Defence & Security team to plan, execute and deliver diverse projects for Australian customers. You will lead collaboration across stakeholders, manage resources and develop the project plan, including proposals when needed.

The role requires PMP certification, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to obtain Defence Clearance as an Australian citizen. Hybrid work model with office days in Homebush or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills essential.
• Ability to design and implement new approaches, methodologies and processes.
• Demonstrated learning capability.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote at Homebush or Brisbane.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage one or more projects from start to finish.
• Manage financial and operational resources to meet contractual obligations.
• Develop and execute the project management plan for projects.
• Collaborate daily with matrix team members.
• Participate in proposal writing for project management aspects.
