Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team onsite with a Federal Government client. The role focuses on people leadership, operational oversight and strong stakeholder management to ensure high-quality service delivery without requiring hands-on technical work.

You will guide capability and workload planning, drive performance improvements, and work to create an enjoyable, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

Active AGSVA Security Clearance NV1 or NV2.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Ability to manage performance, priorities, resources and escalations.
Strong stakeholder management and client liaison skills.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
Collaborative approach with vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers across network, cloud, infrastructure and SOE.
Oversee operational activities within the Federal Government account, including capability and workload planning.
Drive performance, continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
Foster an enjoyable and inclusive workplace and manage relationships with the client.
