Job summary

Everi Pty in Canberra is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to deliver end-to-end ITSM/ITOM solutions within Defence and government environments. This hands-on role covers development, MID Server deployment, system integrations and testing across secure networks.

The successful candidate will work with architects, PMs and stakeholders, have active TSPV clearance, and contribute to design, documentation and cutover activities on long-term engagements.

Qualifications

• Active TSPV security clearance.
• Hands-on ServiceNow implementation across multiple lifecycles.
• ITSM, ITOM expertise in security-conscious environments.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP integrations.
• Experience working with Australian Defence or Federal Government environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions in Defence and government environments.
• Develop, configure MID Server and integrations; test and document work.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers and client stakeholders.
• Design and implement ITSM and ITOM workflows including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalogue.
• Ensure solutions comply with Australian Government ISM/PSPF and client security requirements.
