Job summary
The Cut Sydney, part of Hunter Street Hospitality, invites passionate runners and section waitstaff to join a premium, hatted steakhouse in The Rocks. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, professional team.
We offer great hourly rates with tips and bonuses, flexible rosters, and clear career growth opportunities. RSA is required, and a minimum 20 hours per week including Friday and Saturday nights.
Qualifications
- Experience in a premium or hatted venue.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Available minimum 20 hours per week (incl. Fri/Sat nights).

We're on the hunt for passionate Runners and Section Waitstaff to join the award-winning team at The Cut Bar & Grill - a premium, hatted steakhouse located in the heart of The Rocks.
As part of the Hunter Street Hospitality group (home to icons like Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, and Saké), The Cut is known for its mouth-watering prime rib, exceptional service, and lively, professional team.
Experience in a premium or hatted venue
Confidence in delivering an exceptional guest experience
Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
Minimum 20 hours availability (including Friday & Saturday nights)
Valid RSA
