Must be available on Friday and Saturday evenings. Previous experience in a high-end venue, excellent English, and a polished, professional approach are essential for success in this role.

The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Section Waiters to join our front-of-house team. You’ll play a key role in delivering world-class service in a supportive, professional, and friendly environment where teamwork and growth are encouraged.

Key Selection Criteria

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, with a focus on evenings and weekends – balanced with the opportunity to enjoy a roster that supports your lifestyle.

Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a high-end venue.

Excellent command of spoken English.

About WOODCUT

Situated within the world-class Crown Resort. Woodcut is owned and operated by award-winning couple Chef Ross and Sunny Lusted.

Located in prime position on Sydney harbour, Woodcut provides Sydneysiders with a unique dining experience that celebrates Australian produce and cooking with wood, charcoal and steam.

The dining room at Woodcut is anchored by four open kitchens, each centered on their own cooking method and three with their own Kitchen Counter seats where guests have a front-row seat to “the show”. Woodcut can seat up to 260 guests and has two Private Dining Rooms, an extensive outdoor terrace with stunning harbour views as well as Hickory Bar which can accommodate 80 guests.
