Boathouse Group's Barrenjoey House in Palm Beach is refreshing and launching a new era. We’re recruiting Section Waiters to join from day one and help shape service as the venue opens.

As a Section Waiter you’ll own your section, learn the menu and drinks, take orders confidently, read tables, and collaborate with kitchen, bar and floor teams to deliver memorable guest experiences in a stunning coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Waiting experience preferred.
• RSA certification required (18+).
• Flexible availability including weekends.
• Friendly, energetic and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and set the tone for the new Barrenjoey House experience.
• Learn the new menu and drinks list inside out so you can guide guests with confidence.
• Take orders accurately and pace each table so service feels effortless.
• Read your tables and anticipate what guests need before they ask.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and floor team to keep service running smoothly; keep your section clean and presentable.
