Job summary

Dedes Waterfront Group in Wentworthville NSW is seeking Section Waiters / Bartenders / Runners / Polishers to join ALATI restaurant. Casual and full-time positions available.

You will ensure service timing and accuracy to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage a section during service periods. RSA required with strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine; excellent personal presentation; able to work nights and weekends; and able to build relationships with a wide range of clients

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of service delivery and execution in a timely manner.
• Experience in a high-paced dining environment and ability to handle busy sections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Hold a current RSA and present well.

We are currently looking for staff at ALATI restaurant that are passionate, customer focusedSection Waiters / Bartenders / Runners / Polishers to join our dedicated team at one of our premier restaurants.

To be a successful in this exciting position we require the following:

Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery.

Both casual and full time available

Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.

Ability to manage a given section during service periods.

Experience in a high-paced dining environment

Good communication skills – both verbal and written

Ability to work both autonomously and as a team

Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine ( further training provided)

Hold a current RSA

Excellent personal presentation

Available to work nights and weekends

Ability to develop relationships with a wide range of clients

Be highly organised with the ability to think on your feet

The successful applicant we be offered Pay is$27.83 to$44.70 per hour (depending on day of the week and experience level) + TIPSas well as generous dining discounts across the group.
