Central Coast Council NSW is seeking a Section Manager Business Enterprise to oversee the operational function of the team and coordinate delivery of section programs and projects, including Central Coast Stadium, Holiday Parks, Cemeteries, Parking Stations and Community Leasing and Bookings.

Reporting to the Unit Manager Leisure, Beach Safety and Community Facilities, this role will ensure that business enterprise services operate efficiently and in a manner that supports commercial viability

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Tourism, Business or relevant extensive experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to grow and develop teams focused on quality outcomes and customer focus.
• Experience driving commercial outcomes through strategic change programs and marketing or customer strategy implementation.
• Extensive experience managing complex contracts and stakeholder relationships.
• Extensive experience managing complex legislation requirements.
• Strong communication with diverse client base and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong financial acumen in budget management and forecasting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operational functioning of the team and coordinate delivery of section programs and projects.
• Lead Council's business enterprise functions including Central Coast Stadium, Holiday Parks, Cemeteries, Parking Stations and Community Leasing and Bookings.
• Ensure services operate efficiently to support commercial viability and ROI through effective management and marketing practices.
• Provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
