Job summary

Australian Christian College Casey in Cranbourne South, VIC, invites applications for a Learning Support Teacher (0.6FTE) to support students with diverse needs. Start term 1 2027. You will work with teachers, LSA, and families to strengthen inclusive practice and targeted interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning support, intervention or inclusive education is highly regarded.
• Ability to differentiate curriculum and instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Strong collaboration with classroom teachers and Learning Support Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted individual and small-group teaching for students needing additional support.
• Collaborate with teachers to identify learning needs and develop practical strategies.
• Develop, implement and review Individual Learning Plans and targeted goals.
• Use data to measure intervention impact and adjust approaches.
• Support differentiation of curriculum, instruction and assessment.
• Build capacity of colleagues by sharing effective strategies.
