Formación

• Proven experience as a Chef in a busy hospitality environment.
• Recognised culinary qualifications or relevant training.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency with kitchen equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and menus.
• Manage food prep areas, cleanliness and hygiene compliance.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow.
• Monitor food quality and presentation for consistency.
• Assist with menu planning and development.
• Maintain food safety compliance and health standards.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff.
• Manage stock rotation and assist with inventory.
