Yarrawood Estate is seeking a qualified Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. Yarrawood is a family owned, independent winery, located in the heart of the picturesque Yarra Valley wine region. Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm daily.

Our Café / Restaurant specialises in modern Australian cuisine and is popular with both locals & visitors to the region. Essential to the role: 2+ years of relevant work experience in a Chef de Partie role and similar cuisine, full-time commitment including

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar cuisine.
• Full-time commitment including working both weekend days.
• Independent transport to and from the workplace.
• Full ongoing right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and consistency in dining experiences.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Communicate effectively with team and report to Head Chef.
• Be flexible to cover all sections and assist kitchen hands when required.
