Levantine Hill Estate in the Yarra Valley invites an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction across our restaurant, events and luxury guest experiences. This is a rare opportunity to shape the dining program at one of Australia’s most celebrated luxury estates.

You will develop seasonal menus, drive profitability through menu engineering, mentor a high‑performing kitchen team and partner with premium suppliers to ensure excellence in every dish and guest journey.

Qualifications

• Proven Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in luxury hotel, fine dining, winery or premium venue
• Exceptional culinary creativity and menu development
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing food costs, labour costs and budgets
• Mentoring and developing teams
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
• Energetic, resilient, hands-on leader
• Strong understanding of food safety and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen brigade
• Create exceptional seasonal menus with premium produce and innovation
• Drive profitability through menu engineering, food costing and operational efficiencies
