Job summary

Link Wentworth is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our Penrith team. This full-time, 35-hour/week role handles inbound calls and email correspondence to the Customer Experience Team in a busy environment.

The position is a max-term contract until 4 August 2026, with potential extension or permanency. The role requires regional interaction with tenants and clients across social and affordable housing programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact centre environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume work environment.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency including in the use of databases & email systems, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs.
• Understanding of contact centre metrics.

Responsibilities

• Providing first contact resolution predominantly for Link Wentworth tenants, clients, and other customers' general enquiries, giving expert advice and services relating to Social Housing, Affordable Housing, and Housing Pathways applications.
• Providing a customer-focused service and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient response to enquiries and requests and completing customer satisfaction and feedback processes.
• Responding efficiently to all responsive maintenance requests and issues and allocating work to relevant contractors in line with maintenance policy and procedures.
• Supporting Link Wentworth in meeting business and compliance requirements by keeping accurate and timely records.
