Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume setting.
• Proficient with databases, email systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact resolution for tenants, clients and customers.
• Handle inbound calls and emails with a customer-focused approach.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely records to support compliance requirements.
