Job summary

Costis Fresh Seafood in Castle Hill is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will manage budgets, oversee inventory, train staff, and guarantee health and safety standards while promoting the store's services. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive, self-driven approach in a fast-paced seafood retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment.

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor qualification in the similar stream.
• Retail seafood awareness is a plus.
