Job summary

Apparate is looking for an experienced Sales Development Leader to build and run a high-performing SDR team in Sydney. You will hire, train, and develop SDRs, shaping outbound/inbound qualification and the entire early pipeline.

You’ll set targets, analyze data, and optimize outreach playbooks to fuel revenue growth. The role emphasizes coaching, process discipline, and collaboration with marketing to improve lead flow.

Lead our Sales Development team and build the foundation for our sales pipeline. You will hire, train, and develop SDRs while optimizing our outbound and inbound qualification processes. This role is critical to our revenue growth.
