Rex Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative – AI Product Activation to join our Revenue team. This SDR role blends traditional lead generation with hands-on activation of Rex AI features, helping customers unlock value from our AI capabilities.

You’ll connect with prospects and existing users, qualify opportunities, book product demos, and support campaigns across Rex CRM, Rex AI and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS sales or business development is advantageous.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Comfort selling complex software solutions and explaining AI features.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new opportunities through calls, emails, social channels and outreach.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Communicate Rex AI value and tailor conversations to each prospect.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and collaborate with Sales & Marketing.
