Job summary

Optus in Australia is seeking an Associate Director - Optimisation to lead operational excellence across Collections & Recoveries, guiding technology optimisation, AI integration, and continuous improvement.

You will report to the Senior Director and partner with analytics and IT teams to embed FICO strategy opportunities, govern the technology roadmap, and balance performance with customer experience and regulatory integrity.

As the Associate Director - Optimisation, you will lead operational excellence across the function, driving technology optimisation, AI integration, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives.
