Matrix Education is Australia\'s leading tuition college for ambitious students from Year 3 to Year 12. The Science Faculty Lead will own the health, performance and reputation of Science across Matrix campuses, building a capable team and delivering excellent outcomes at scale.

You\'ll lead through others, set standards with the Curriculum Development team, sign off on academic resources, and represent the faculty to Marketing and Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• Strong HSC/VCE teaching track record preferred.
• Experience building and coaching educator teams.
• Ability to review analytics to drive decisions.
• Credibility with educators and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Science faculty across campuses and set standards.
• Oversee course health, academic performance and student outcomes.
• Develop and implement scalable teaching practices and coaching model.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience on enrollment targets.
• Manage talent acquisition and performance conversations.
