Qualifications

• Proven teaching track record in HSC, VCE or Primary curriculum, with credibility among educators.
• Tertiary qualification in Education, or a discipline related to your faculty.
• Genuine appetite for developing others and giving impactful feedback.
• Comfortable using LMS platforms, spreadsheets and reporting tools to track observations and student progress.

Responsibilities

• Run regular classroom observations across assigned campuses, tracking development for casual teachers.
• Deliver practical, one-on-one coaching to improve lesson pacing, questioning, and student engagement.
• Screen and onboard new casual teachers to classroom readiness quickly.
• Monitor student data and intervene to support disengaged learners and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Curriculum Development team to translate classroom insights into material improvements.
• Lead academic workshops, masterclasses and open days to support enrolment targets.
