Sacred Heart College Geelong seeks an organised Performing Arts Coordinator to support planning, coordination and delivery of Music, Theatre and Dance programs. Commencement: start of 2027; part-time (0.6 FTE).

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include relevant credentials in Music, Performing Arts, Arts Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, schedules and resources.
• Strong understanding of instrumental music programs, rehearsals, performances and productions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Performing Arts operations including instrumental music, rehearsals, performances and events.
• Coordinate schedules, resources and event logistics in collaboration with staff, tutors and stakeholders.
• Provide practical and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of Performing Arts activities.
• Support performances and events, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.
