Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings, grounds and equipment to high standards.
• Inspect facilities; develop priority lists and coordinate tasks with contractors.
• Update asset management systems and assist with budget processes.
• Liaise with Business Manager and contract cleaners/grounds staff as needed.
• Provide out-of-hours support for emergencies.
