Aufgaben

• Direct strategic asset management for school buildings and infrastructure.
• Oversee capital works, contractor oversight, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure OHS framework compliance and maintain safety logs and hazard controls.
• Design and audit the Emergency Management Plan and coordinate drills.
• Supervise facilities managers and external trades staff to deliver program outcomes.
