Australian Institute of Company Directors in Sydney is seeking a Scholarships Partner to lead end-to-end delivery of scholarship programs. You will coordinate applicants, scholars, and partners, and ensure programs run to a high standard.

You will influence outcomes through data analysis, reporting, and strong financial governance, while nurturing relationships with corporate, government, and community stakeholders in a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing scholarships, grants, funding programs, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in financial administration and managing budgets, including payments, acquittals, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting reports or program materials.
• Experience using CRM systems and program platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of scholarship programs, from application through to completion and reporting.
• Oversee application processes, including eligibility criteria, timelines, and applicant communications.
• Deliver information sessions and support applicant engagement.
• Act as a key point of contact for applicants, scholars, and partners, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support program delivery.
• Analyse application and program data to generate insights and improve outcomes.
• Prepare internal and external reports, including progress and impact reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial acquittals across scholarship programs.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and scholarship platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Good Grants, Wisenet).
• Manage contracts and scholarship documentation.
