Job summary

Australian Indigenous Education Foundation (AIEF) is seeking an experienced Partnerships professional to lead and grow relationships with corporate partners. You will drive strategy, secure opportunities, and manage reporting materials to advance AIEF's mission.

The role involves leading a Partnerships team, coordinating with major stakeholders, and delivering compelling proposals. Based in Sydney, hybrid work is available with strong community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years in corporate partnerships, stakeholder engagement, fundraising or related area.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated business acumen with ability to identify partnership opportunities.
• Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems to document engagement and manage data.
• Proven people management skills with ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive AIEF's Corporate Partnerships strategy and engagement plans.
• Build and strengthen relationships with AIEF's Corporate Partners.
• Identify, secure and deliver new partnership opportunities.
• Prepare strategic reports, funding applications, proposals and presentations.
• Attend and support AIEF and partner events to strengthen outcomes.
• Manage CRM data accuracy and integrity for communications and reporting.
• Lead and develop the Partnerships team to build a high-performance culture.
