Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking a Scheduling Officer for ACAS Customer Service in Waterloo, NSW. The role is hybrid (2 days work-from-home), permanent full-time, with an hourly rate of $39.00 plus superannuation.

You will schedule Aged Care Assessment Services, match assessments with appropriate assessors, and provide strong administrative and customer service support while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for providing high quality care to older Australians.
• Scheduling/rostering experience preferred (but not essential).
• Excellent planning, organising and problem-solving skills.
• A high degree of computer literacy.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling assessments and prioritising as required and communicate scheduling changes to clients and assessors.
• Matching assessments with assessors who have the appropriate skills and availability, while optimizing their schedules.
• Ensuring all data is entered accurately while adhering to comments or alerts.
• Providing strong administration support to ACAS staff.
• Escalating complaints to Customer Service Team Leader.
• Providing quality customer service in all communication to all clients and representatives.
• Documenting all interaction with clients and representatives.

Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS) operate independently of Catholic Healthcare and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Older Australians are assessed for the care and services they truly need. Our ACAS team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Officer to join the team.

What will your role look like?

You will be responsible for the scheduling of Aged Care Assessment Services while providing exceptional customer service to clients or stakeholders.

Day to day this includes:

• Scheduling assessments and prioritising as required and communicate scheduling changes to clients and assessors
• Matching assessments with assessors who have the appropriate skills and availability, while optimizing their schedules
• Ensuring all data is entered accurately while adhering to comments or alerts
• Providing strong administration support to ACAS staff
• Escalating complaints to Customer Service Team Leader
• Providing quality customer service in all communication to all clients and representatives in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Documenting all interaction with clients and representatives
