Job summary

Hot Water Sydney / Howard Plumbing Sydney is seeking an experienced Scheduler to keep our team of plumbers moving from our Banksmeadow office. The role runs five days a week, 8:00am–5:00pm, coordinating strata, real estate and residential jobs across Sydney.

You’ll schedule and dispatch using SimPRO, book access with owners and managers, handle urgent work, and liaise with clients to keep everyone informed. Strong organisation and a calm demeanor under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Scheduling or dispatch experience in a busy trade or service business (plumbing experience highly regarded).
• General understanding of trades/building services; basic plumbing knowledge would be ideal.
• Clear, friendly phone manner with owners, tenants and agents.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch jobs across the team using SimPRO.
• Coordinate access with owners, tenants and property managers.
• Slot urgent and emergency work without disrupting the day.
• Handle calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Work with plumbers to reduce travel time and maximise productivity.
• Prepare and submit client reports and service records.
• Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
