Job summary

Howard Plumbing in Sydney is seeking an experienced Scheduler to keep our team of plumbers moving. You will coordinate across strata, real estate and residential jobs, book access with owners and managers, and manage urgent work while maintaining workflow.

Scheduling or dispatch experience in a busy trade or service business (plumbing experience highly regarded).
Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate plumbers across strata, real estate and residential jobs.
Schedule and dispatch jobs in SimPRO with efficient routing.
Book access with owners, tenants and property managers and update strata managers.
Slot urgent and emergency work without disrupting the day.
Handle calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Work closely with plumbers to reduce travel time and boost productivity.
Prepare and submit client reports, service records, and other documentation.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
