St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland in Hervey Bay is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead our busy Pialba shop. This dynamic, hands-on role supports day-to-day operations, champions sustainable fashion, and strengthens community connections while driving store performance.

You will bring retail experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to friendly, personalised service. The position is permanent, full-time (38 hours per week) with a Tuesday-Saturday roster, and a welcoming team

The Role

We are looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to manage our much-loved shop in Pialba!

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the store while championing sustainable fashion, community connection, and commercial success. You’ll bring strong leadership and a proactive mindset to drive store performance, implement best practices, and help grow our local retail presence. You understand the value of personalised customer service and are passionate about creating a positive, engaging experience for both customers and the local community.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time (38hours per week) role based in Pialba.The standard roster for this role will be Tuesday - Saturday.
