Job summary

BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a seasoned SuccessFactors specialist to lead Recruiting and Onboarding initiatives. The role requires 3–6 years of SF experience and at least two end-to-end implementations across modules such as Requisitions, Applications, and Candidate Profiles.

Candidate must be Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, with strong problem solving, multi-project handling, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of SuccessFactors experience with minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Experience with all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations: Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Position Management integration, Employee Central to Recruiting integrations.
• Understanding Recruiting Posting, Job boards and Social Media platforms to enhance employer branding.
• Good understanding of Recruiting processes.
• Hands-on experience in RCM Data Models customization.
• Experience with ad hoc reporting and Story reports.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
