Job summary

Whitehaven Coal is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to join its NSW SAP Transformation Program in Sydney. The role focuses on Employee Central, data migration, testing and integration across HR systems, with collaboration across HR, Payroll, IT and external vendors.

You will contribute to large-scale enterprise transformation, ensuring data quality, testing rigor and successful delivery within a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Exposure to data migration, validation and data quality activities.
• Strong HR master data understanding and payroll impact.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the NSW SAP Transformation Program.
• Gather, validate and analyse business and system requirements across HR processes.
• Support data migration activities including cleansing, validation and readiness assessments.
• Execute and support testing activities including SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Identify, investigate and resolve defects and system issues.
• Coordinate with SAP SuccessFactors, ECP, UKG and integration touchpoints to manage dependencies.
• Support cutover planning, deployment readiness and business-as-usual transition.
• Collaborate with P&C, Payroll, IT and external vendors to validate solutions.
• Maintain data quality and downstream payroll integrity.
• Contribute to project documentation, reporting and governance.
