Job summary

UST is seeking a skilled SAP CX/CRM consultant with hands-on SAP Service Cloud/C4C experience to configure customer-service processes and related workflows. You will document configuration details, support data migration validation, and contribute to testing cycles to ensure smooth releases.

The role supports cutover rehearsals and post-go-live stabilisation in a flexible, hybrid work arrangement, offering exposure to diverse client environments and integration projects.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of overall relevant SAP CX/CRM experience with SAP Service Cloud v1 / v2 expertise.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP Service Cloud / C4C implementation experience.
• Hands‑on configuration experience in customer/service objects, service requests, activities, statuses, workflows, approvals and roles.
• Understanding of C4C data model, integration and migration concepts.
• Experience preparing configuration documentation and executing unit/functional testing.
