Miller Leith is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME to join a not-for-profit partner in Australia. You will own the back-end payroll environment, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot while upskilling the team and working with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to drive improvements.

This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend. The role offers hybrid working arrangements, a competitive salary, and additional benefits.

The Company

We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME to join their team.
This is a specialist opportunity for someone who can come in, strengthen the existing payroll environment, upskill the current team and be the go-to SAP expert.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the back-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll environment, supporting configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting while identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen current processes. A key part of the role will be sharing your knowledge and upskilling the existing team, while working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
