Miller Leith is partnering with a not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME in Melbourne. This hybrid role focuses on owning the back-end payroll environment, configuring, maintaining, and debugging while driving improvements.

You will share knowledge with the team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to resolve issues and enhance payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP SuccessFactors Payroll experience.
• Solid back-end configuration and maintenance knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying process gaps and driving improvements.
• Confident sharing knowledge and upskilling others.

The Company

We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME to join their team.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the back-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll environment, supporting configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting while identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen current processes.

A key part of the role will be sharing your knowledge and upskilling the existing team, while working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
