Job summary

DyFlex Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery for national clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility with work from home and travel to customer sites across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will bring five+ years of IT project delivery experience, SAP cloud exposure, and strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with 5+ years delivering medium-scale IT projects.
• SAP experience (cloud) with SAP Activate and ALM.
• Experience delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience with productivity/methodology tools that improve project efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical groups.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the execution of SAP projects, including planning, tracking, and oversight to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare and monitor installation schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Direct and coordinate project consultants to meet customer expectations and deliverables.
• Maintain a robust document control system for handovers, documentation, and closures.
• Provide regular aggregated project progress reporting.
• Negotiate with customer stakeholders and relevant BPOs on contractual requirements.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and bridge technical gaps.

Project Management is a key function for the business to execute and deliver SAP solutions projects across a diverse range of industries. You will contribute to our practice business strategy and direction, ensuring that objectives, as well as business goals, are met. You present with a wealth of experience in successfully delivering IT Projects in an SME Environment.

This is a Talent Pool for some upcoming requirements and we will reach out on an extended timelime.

Project Management is a hybrid role that can be based in any Dyflex office or a WFH with travel required to national customers.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• To project manage the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
• Prepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to our customers
• Manage, interact with, and if necessary direct all relevant project consultants to ensure all customer expectations and agreed deliverables are met.
• Manage the processes associated with an effective and functional document control system including but not limited to Project Management hand-over, Administration, Documentation, Customer Support and Project Closures
• Facilitate regular aggregated internal Project Progress reporting
• Liaising and negotiating with all relevant BPOs of our customers about contractual requirements
• Communicate clearly, professionally and demonstrate the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and improve project delivery processes and procedures in line with our project methodologies.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in project management with ideally a minimum of five years in the delivery of medium-scale, complex IT projects
• SAP experience required - ideally in the cloud environment and knowledge of SAP Activate and ALM
• Demonstrated experience managing large projects, performing project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
• Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases
• Exemplary communication, time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills to interact with all relevant stakeholders on a technical and non-technical level to build successful relationships
• Good human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate and mentor the work of project personnel
