Job summary

MaxLab in Barangaroo, Sydney, is hiring a full-time team member to prepare premium focaccia sandwiches, serve customers and keep displays stocked. You will learn our focaccia production process, maintain the kitchen and service areas, and follow food safety procedures in a busy shop environment.

The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals with good English and a positive attitude. Prior pizza/baking or sandwich service is advantageous, and Saturday shifts are required.

Working hours

Full-time position with a five-day roster across Monday to Saturday, within the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am – 4:30 pm

Saturday availability is required. Daytime shifts only, with Sundays off.
