Resolian Bioanalytics in Brisbane, Australia, is seeking a detail-oriented lab support technician to handle sample preparation, storage, and documentation. You will manage chain-of-custody, maintain inventories, and ensure storage security in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

The role collaborates with lab personnel, sponsors, and sites to resolve sample discrepancies, supports audits, and assists with equipment calibration and office/stock tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least one year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and responsible.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with sample handling in an industrial laboratory.
• Good understanding of GLP (FDA, EMA and OECD) and GCP regulations (as applicable), as well as 21 CFR Part 11 (electronic records and electronic signatures).
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management System for sample handling.

Responsabilités

• Prepare samples and solutions for laboratory analysis.
• Receive, store, retrieve, and dispose of study samples per SOPs.
• Resolve sample discrepancies with lab personnel and sponsors.
• Maintain confidentiality of sample information.
• Maintain and update laboratory inventories and storage security.
• Ensure freezers/fridges are operational per PM schedule.
• Monitor temperature and humidity systems as per SOPs.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Pack and dispatch items to labs and sponsors.
• Calibrate and maintain basic equipment.
• Assist with supplies ordering and data entry tasks.
• Undertake extra tasks as required by management.
