RACV Limited is seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our agile Salesforce & Integration Practice in Melbourne. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and work across an agile project squad to deliver meaningful value for members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant in complex environments.
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce designs.
• Bridge business and technical delivery teams effectively.
• Solid skills in process mapping, data modelling and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Salesforce Functional Consultant for the Membership Tier project.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and the Salesforce Tech Lead to translate requirements into Salesforce configurations.
• Analyze business processes and provide functional analysis to support design and configuration.
• Configure Salesforce to maximize platform capabilities while minimising unnecessary customisation.
• Support workshops and requirements gathering with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to data analysis, mapping and migration activities as needed.
• Partner with project teams to deliver features in an agile environment.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive Salesforce adoption across the business.

About the opportunity

At RACV, we're delivering exciting transformation initiatives that enhance how we connect with and support our members. We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a cross-functional project squad and play a critical role in the delivery of a high-profile initiative.

Working closely with the Project Team, you'll be the solefunctional consultant on the project, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and configurations. You'll bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful value for our members while leveraging the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities include

Act as the primary Salesforce Functional Consultant supporting the Membership Tier project.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Developers and the Salesforce Tech Lead to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.

Analyse business processes and provide functional analysis to support solution design and configuration activities.

Support workshops, requirements gathering sessions and solution demonstrations with key stakeholders.

Contribute to data analysis, data mapping and migration activities where required.

Partner with project teams to deliver features and enhancements in an agile environment.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions across the business.

What you'll need to be successful

5+ years' experience working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant within complex enterprise environments

Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and core Salesforce platform experience

Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and Salesforce configurations

Experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

Strong functional analysis, process mapping and business process improvement skills

Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data modelling and solution design principles

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills

Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant will be highly regarded
