Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Program Analyst or PMO Analyst.
• Strong experience supporting complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience managing RAIDD and program governance activities.
• Ability to understand dependencies and maintain a program-wide view.
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support program planning, governance, reporting and delivery activities.
• Manage RAIDD registers, including risks, assumptions, issues, decisions and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare program updates, status reports, dashboards and governance documentation.
• Monitor key milestones, actions and delivery commitments.
• Work closely with project managers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation across Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet.
• Support teams working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
• Identify potential delivery challenges and proactively support their resolution.

Working across multiple workstreams, you will provide program-level coordination, governance and reporting while ensuring risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies are effectively managed. This role will suit someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced environment, connect the dots across complex initiatives and maintain a clear view of the broader program.

Experience working with Salesforce, Genesys or Verint would be highly advantageous.
