Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Platform Manager - Salesforce to own the Salesforce platform end to end within our Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide. You will lead a platform squad focused on health, reusable components and enablement, while governing configuration and security.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, experience with platform governance, and the ability to drive value through reuse and standardisation across product squads.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in platform, systems or technology management roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (mandatory) with Service and/or Sales Cloud.
• Experience managing vendors and hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience delivering platform outcomes under regulated cyber security standards.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce platform end to end, including health, security, reliability and lifecycle.
• Lead a platform squad focused on health, reusable components and enablement.
• Build and maintain reusable components, shared services and global configurations.
• Set guardrails, standards, access and security controls for the platform.
• Influence direction toward reusable, secure solutions across squads.
• Manage platform release cycles and global configuration, including dependencies.
• Maintain strong network with squads and align delivery rhythms and dependencies.
• Champion the platform across Qantas and maximise value from OOTB capabilities.
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and third-party vendors.
