Job summary

IAG in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Salesforce Architect to shape the Salesforce platform across BAU, transformation programs, and platform uplift.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead architecture governance, and mentor delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions. The role is a 12-month max-term, full-time, based in Sydney or Melbourne, with opportunities to influence enterprise-scale outcomes.

Qualifications

• Design Salesforce solutions in large enterprise settings.
• Influence stakeholders across business, technology and leadership groups.
• Balance multiple priorities while preserving architecture integrity.
• Collaborate with enterprise, platform and solution architecture communities.
• Hands-on with Salesforce FS Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud including integrations.
• Knowledge of scalable Salesforce architecture, security, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Shape the ongoing evolution of the Salesforce platform in line with architecture principles and business objectives.
• Own high- and low-level Salesforce solution design for scalable, secure, and maintainable outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape approaches, assess opportunities, and influence architectural decisions.
• Drive governance with artefacts, recommendations, design reviews and decision forums.
• Mentor delivery teams and support successful implementations.
• Lead workshops to uncover needs and align on practical customer-focused solutions.
