Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a major transformation program in Australia. You’ll shape and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, working with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

You’ll operate between business needs and Salesforce technology, providing senior functional leadership and ensuring requirements are well defined from discovery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience and strong functional consulting background.
• Experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments, ideally insurance or financial services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into high-level Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with user stories, backlog management and process mapping.

• Prioritise product backlog and ensure clear requirements for delivery.
• Work with Salesforce developers, architects, testers and delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Produce functional docs, process maps and solution specs.
• Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and informed decisions.
• Provide functional leadership across Salesforce transformation initiatives.

LTM is looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant with 10+ years of Salesforce experience to join a major transformation program.

You’ll play a key role in helping shape and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and delivery teams to turn business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

This is a senior functional consulting role suited to someone who can confidently operate between business needs and Salesforce technology, with strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead requirements from discovery through to delivery.

What you’ll do

• Engage with business stakeholders across the environment to understand business needs, customer journeys and operational processes
• Lead business analysis, requirements gathering and process discovery
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
• Map current and future-state processes and identify opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes
• Develop high-level Salesforce solution approaches across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Work with architects and technical teams to validate solutions and support story sizing and estimation
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring requirements are well defined and ready for delivery
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, testers and delivery teams throughout the lifecycle
• Produce high-quality functional documentation, process maps and supporting solution documentation
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and make informed decisions
• Provide functional leadership and guidance across Salesforce transformation initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong functional consulting experience
• Solid experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments, ideally insurance or financial services
• Strong understanding of customer-facing processes and service journeys
• Proven experience with user stories, story mapping, backlog management and process mapping
• Ability to translate business requirements into high-level Salesforce solutions
• Experience working with technical teams on solution sizing, estimation and delivery
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams
