Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting and CRM transformation experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise CRM solutions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in Consulting, Professional Services, or Digital Transformation environments.
