Job summary
LTM is seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a major transformation program in Australia. You’ll shape and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, working with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
You’ll operate between business needs and Salesforce technology, providing senior functional leadership and ensuring requirements are well defined from discovery
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience and strong functional consulting background.
- Experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in complex enterprise environments, ideally insurance or financial services.
- Ability to translate business requirements into high-level Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with user stories, backlog management and process mapping.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, journeys and processes.
- Lead requirements gathering and discovery.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and flows.
- Map current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop high-level Salesforce solution approaches for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with architects and tech teams on sizing, estimation and delivery.
- Prioritise product backlog and ensure clear requirements for delivery.
- Work with Salesforce developers, architects, testers and delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
- Produce functional docs, process maps and solution specs.
- Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and informed decisions.
- Provide functional leadership across Salesforce transformation initiatives.
