The role involves shaping how these platforms work together, setting architectural direction, and contributing to AI-assisted service delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise architecture experience focusing on Salesforce and enterprise applications.
Baseline or NV1 clearance is required.
Strong Salesforce architecture experience with broader enterprise architecture knowledge.
Solid understanding of enterprise integration, application strategy and architecture governance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice across enterprise applications, technology architecture and integration.
Establish Salesforce design principles, architectural patterns and guidance.
Review and validate technology roadmaps against business priorities.
Contribute to solution architecture documentation and business cases.
Participate in architecture reviews and governance forums.
Collaborate with program leadership, architects and development teams to guide scalable, well-integrated solutions.
