Job summary

Mav3rik Pty Ltd. is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead complex CRM and enterprise architecture engagements in Australia. The role involves guiding pre-sales through implementation and acting as a technical leader across delivery teams and client stakeholders.

You will design scalable solutions, lead workshops, and ensure governance and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a Technical Architecture function.
• Clear written and oral communication with technical and business resources.
• Experience delivering CRM/enterprise apps & Salesforce—implementation & design.
• Strong knowledge of cloud solutions, mobile/web tech, and latest platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions for medium to large enterprise clients from pre-sales to implementation.
• Work with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects and client stakeholders.
• Plan and lead customer-facing workshops with the technical team.
• Communicate system requirements to development teams and monitor deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and lead governance, best practices on engagements.
