Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• 2+ years leading a dev team.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Secure coding practices awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Global Salesforce technical team.
• Set and enforce technical standards and definition-of-done.
• Run code reviews, pair programming and architecture reviews.
• Own release governance, CI/CD adoption and tooling.
• Design solution for Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
