Qualifications

• Must hold a Baseline or NV1 Clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with Salesforce focus.
• Salesforce architecture experience with broader enterprise architecture.
• Understanding of enterprise integration, application strategy and architecture governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting complex transformation programs.
• Interest in AI-assisted service delivery; Salesforce Agentforce would be an advantage.

Job description

You’ll join an established transformation program focused on digitising business processes and moving from bespoke internal systems to commercial platforms. With an initial MVP already delivered, Salesforce and TechnologyOne are the core platforms, with future plans for AI-assisted service delivery and Salesforce Agentforce.

You’ll help shape how these platforms work together, setting clear architectural direction for Salesforce within the broader enterprise environment. Previous CTO or CIO experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone with a strong Salesforce foundation who can think across the whole technology landscape and provide direction at program or enterprise level.

What you'll do:

• Provide strategic advice across enterprise applications, technology architecture and integration.
• Establish Salesforce design principles, architectural patterns and guidance.
• Review and validate technology roadmaps against business priorities.
• Contribute to solution architecture documentation and business cases.
• Participate in architecture reviews and governance forums.
• Work closely with program leadership, architects and development teams to guide practical, scalable and well-integrated solutions.
• You’ll be embedded within the program team, working alongside its architecture and technology leaders, with ongoing support from Seer's delivery management team

What you'll bring:

• MUST hold a Baseline or NV1 Clearance
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Strong Salesforce architecture experience, combined with broader enterprise architecture expertise
• A solid understanding of enterprise integration, application strategy and architecture governance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting complex transformation programs, including transitions from bespoke systems to commercial platforms.
• An interest in AI-assisted service delivery. Salesforce Agentforce would be an advantage.
