Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Data Cloud, customer data platforms, data integration, identity resolution, and large-scale data engineering within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) implementations.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.
• Configure data streams, data model objects (DMOs), calculated insights, and identity resolution.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and modern data integration tools.
• Configure segmentation, activation, and audience management strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.
