Job summary

N2S.Global is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Data Cloud solutions in Sydney. You will work on data ingestion, identity resolution, and data modeling within the Salesforce ecosystem to deliver scalable CDP capabilities.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern data integration tools, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliant security

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
Strong understanding of CDP and 360 customer concepts.
Expertise in SQL and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.
Configure data streams, DMOs, calculated insights, and identity resolution.
Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and modern data integration tools.
Configure segmentation, activation, and audience management strategies.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
Support analytics, reporting, and AI-driven customer insights initiatives.
